    Senior Account Manager

    We are looking for a passionate Senior Account Manager, who will work remotely from home (in South Africa), with colleagues and stakeholders in multiple geographical locations.

    In this role, you will:

    • Own the overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes managing on-boarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, up sell and cross sell to facilitate expansion and high levels of customer satisfaction
    • Regularly monitor platform usage and proactively contact clients whose usage dipped to ensure the health of the relationship and avoid churn.
    • Keep track of key account data such as contract updates and renewals, opportunities, logging calls, feature requests, create and update Account Reviews and relevant notes.
    • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to expand better, up sell and cross-sell to Customers
    • Promote and continuously improve customer satisfaction and loyalty by demonstrating an understanding of their business needs and helping them achieve their objectives using the OnceHub products and service offerings.
    • Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, product and support team members to foster a strong sense of community and information sharing.
    • Provide critical insights to the product team as a means to improve our developing platform.

    To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

    • 3 years of experience in account management or similar.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
    • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
    • High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
    • Excellent creative and critical thinking skills.
    • Adaptable nature and the willingness and ability to shift strategies instantaneously to meet the needs of our customers.
    • Confident and enthusiastic when presenting information to decision-makers, always working to align needs with our products and services.
    • Comfortable working remotely across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment.
    • Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple complex customer journeys at once.
    • Overlap your work schedule with the EST/EDT and PST/PDT time zones to accommodate client interactions and meetings.
