The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operations of the branch in terms of taking customer bets, increasing stakes, managing cash, doing pay-outs, customer service and compliance.

• Scullery or housekeeping experience.

What You’ll Do For The Branch:

• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen.
• Responsible for placing clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly.
• Wipe worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks defrost freezers and clean cold.
• Responsible for sweeping and scrubbing.
• Ensure garbage cans are cleaned with water.
• Responsible for segregating and removal of trash and garbage to be placed in designated.
