We are looking for a Scrum Master with Agile experience to help meet the demands of our rapidly growing IT department. Ideally, we’re looking for a Scrum Master with a background in leading multiple Development teams.

You will join our current Development Manager to share the load and will manage 2 – 3 teams consisting of 3-4 team members per team. You will report to our Development Manager and work closely with our Product and Development teams.

• Facilitates Scrum team agreement and activities: standups, backlog meetings, sprint planning, team review, retrospectives

• Knows Scrum values, principles, and practices

• Adapts Scrum framework for team needs

• Coordinates with other teams and stakeholders

• Understands the technical product and processes

• Resolves issues and removes impediments

• Communicates and listens well

• Collaborates with Product and organises team tasks

• Coaches colleagues to success

• Must be dynamic and a self-starter, able to work independently or as part of a team

• Adapts to change

• Be able to lead and support your team

• Be self-motivated and have high energy levels

• Have strong communications skills and be able to use initiative in problem-solving

Requirements 

• At least 3 years Scrum Master experience in working with multiple teams

• Agile experience (certification in Scrum a must)

• A tertiary degree or higher diploma

• Experience in e-Commerce or the online payment industry will be a great bonus

• Good managerial skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
