SATIC - Workday Finance Integration Consultant - Johannesburg at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC)

Qualifications /Certifications required:

• "Workday FINS Core
• Workday : Record to Report or Procure to Pay or Order to Cash"

Experience required:

• 5 years +

Responsibilities of role:

• A background in Finance and experience in Finance transformation projects
• Hands-on experience of implementing Workday Financial projects
• Competency with understanding implications of data and integrations on Workday Financials Projects
• Strong digital and data skills
• The ability to work independently and inspire teams to deliver
• The ability to listen to requirements and provide imaginative solutions to challenges
• Strong troubleshooting/problem-solving skills
• A track record in analysis and implementing finance process change enabled by technology, either as a consultant or within a finance function
• Some experience with unit and end to end testing 

Desirable skill sets include:

• A background in Finance Transformation Consulting and/or a Finance Functional skillset with experience in Workday Adaptive Planning
• Client facing Workday experience
• Strong digital and data skills
• The ability to work independently and inspire teams to deliver
• The ability to listen to requirements and provide imaginative solutions to challenges
• Demonstrable record of managing people, including onshore and offshore resources
• The ability to quickly build relationships across our networked organisation, being able to gain immediate credibility and adapting your style to suit your audience
