SAP S/4 HANA Project Manager at NTT Ltd.

Key Responsibilities: 

Project Planning and Execution: 

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budget. 
• Lead the end-to-end execution of SAP S/4 HANA projects, managing resources, tasks, and deliverables. 

Stakeholder Management: 

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and end-users, to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria. 
• Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders at all levels. 

Team Leadership: 

• Build and lead cross-functional project teams, providing direction, support, and motivation. 
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture to ensure successful project outcomes. 

SAP S/4 HANA Expertise: 

• Leverage in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA to guide the technical aspects of the project. 
• Collaborate with SAP architects, consultants, and developers to ensure the effective implementation of SAP solutions. 

Risk Management: 

• Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, developing mitigation plans as needed. 
• Implement best practices to ensure project quality and minimize potential issues. 

Budget and Resource Management: 

• Monitor project budgets and allocate resources efficiently to ensure project success. 
• Work closely with finance and HR teams to manage project staffing and resource allocation.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager, with a focus on S/4 HANA implementations. 
• Strong understanding of SAP project methodologies, including ASAP and Agile. 
• Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management. 
• Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. 
• SAP certifications in project management are a plus.
