    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Monitoring and supporting sales agents
    • Monitoring of KPI targets
    • Provide guidance, coaching and feedback to help agents improve their skills and performance
    • Organizing tasks and setting goals
    • Solving problems and resolving conflicts
    • Reporting
    • Collaboration and Teamwork
    • Motivating employees

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Grade 12
    • Clear ITC
    • No Criminal Record
    • RE5 and FAIS advantageous
    • Excellent knowledge of MS packages
    • Minimum 1 Year outbound sales management experience
