    Sales Director

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive Sales Strategies: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to attract new clients and grow existing accounts.
    • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and referrals.
    • Client Engagement: Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our cutting-edge offerings.
    • Deal Closure: Negotiate contracts and close deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
    • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in our CRM system allowing for timely reporting.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business, marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
    • Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends, conduct competitor analysis, and maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
    • Brand Building: Participate in company events, conferences, and other marketing initiatives to generate leads and enhance brand awareness.

    Skills and Experience

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Experience: 5-8 years in a sales executive or account management role with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
    • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
    • Relationship Building: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
    • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
    • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
    • Adaptability: Able to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
    • Mobility: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
