Core Description
To drive sales campaigns on behalf of Telkom in the Mobile and Fibre footprint. Canvassing for new business. When Leads are allocated, agents will be required to call the customer base, identify leads and close sales. Reporting back to sales management on sales made. Ability to explain and sell the product to the Customer. Ability to take the order on-site and submit for processing. Understanding of Telecommunications Technologies e.g Mobile/Fibre. Continuous feedback and communication to the customer until the service has been installed.
