Sales Administrator - Hyundai Parts Distribution Centre at Motus Holdings Limited

Specific Role Responsibilities

• Ensure daily rental report is completed.
• Reporting on negative stock after back orders are released.
• Conduct monthly processing of Microcat and send write off report to Finance Manager.
• Process dead stock monthly to Finance Department.
• Ensure stock adjustment are processed within required time after receipt.
• Complete credit notes and listing cover sheets in a timely manner.
• Process QC sheets received within the required time frame.

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12.
• Diploma in Financial Accounting added advantage.
• 2-5 years experience in Sales and Operations.
• Experience within automotive advantageous.
