Roof Waterproofing Team Leader at SydSen Recruit

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 4 people.
• Oversee and manage roof waterproofing projects from start to finish.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities based on team members’ skills and experience.
• Identify and fix any issues or defects in the waterproofing process.
• Conduct safety briefings and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
• Provide regular updates to clients and address any concerns.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to management and clients

Requirements: 

• Valid driver’s license 
• Experience in construction or water-painting 
• In good physical condition to safely access and work on roofs
• Able to take initiative 
• Problem solver
