• This role manages the deployment of approved robotic code into the production environment.
• Maintains the daily administration of the automation software production environment.
• Schedule and run Blue Prism processes.
• Case Management, managing and allocating process workloads.
• Manages and investigates level 1 RPA exceptions (infrastructure and process exceptions).
• Escalates level 2 business exceptions to appropriate business unit or coordinating Business Unit Operations Manager.
• Supports operational and performance metrics reporting
• Responsible for data analytics of implemented processes
• Building and developing MIS type reports based on available data
• Calculating value of processes implemented in conjunction with BA and Developer for each process
• Building dashboards for processes in production related to the data available and business requirements
• The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts.
• Manage the detailed tasks required to deliver high quality Blue Prism solutions in accordance with the agreed Blue Prism Delivery Methodology to achieve a consistent high standard of solution to Business Requirements
• Accurate planning and tracking of the 3 tier implementation processes and ensuring stakeholders are regularly appraised of status and progress
• Remove blockers to delivery and escalate issues when appropriate
• Identifying risks and dependencies within Process Delivery and effectively managing these across internal departments and Blue Prism as necessary to deliver
• Accountability of delivery and execution in line with operational KPIs
• Responsible for tracking and reporting of performance and benefits
• Managing resistance, including both business and technical challenges
• Use of mathematical techniques to model sets of data to aid in decision-making.
   

KRA's

• Manages the deployment of approved robotic code into the production environment

• Ensure the stability of the Blue Prism IT environment (monitoring resources, etc..)
• Manages, investigates and resolves level 1 RPA exceptions (infrastructure and process exceptions)
• Escalates level 2 business exceptions to appropriate business unit or coordinating Business Unit Operations Manager
• Assisting in the provision of timely responses and solutions as required
• Raise change requests or support calls where required
• Supports operational and performance metrics reporting
• Analysis and value calculation of processes in production to aid in decision-making
• A charismatic self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team.
• Communicating with Blue Prism on software related issues, suggesting improvements and participating with other users in the Blue Prism community.
   

Job Requirements

• Matric
• 3-5 years providing operational support
• 3-5 years operational research
• Knowledge of business operations
• Formal training on RPA software (desired)
• 6 months – 1 year experience running and monitoring automation software (desired)
