Retail Sales Person - Somerset West at Helderberg Personnel

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to boost revenue.
• Oversee product merchandising, pricing, promotional activities, and inventory management.
• Offer superior customer service by addressing queries, solving problems and providing exceptional advice. 
• Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to guarantee a cohesive customer journey.
• Stay abreast of retail trends and best practices to identify growth opportunities and foster innovation.
• Take part in the annual stock take.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment always.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 year of retail sales experience, with a successful track record of meeting sales objectives.
• Background in a physical retail setting.
• Matric certificate required/tertiary degree advantageous,
•   Proficiency in both English and Afrikaans.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving ability.
• A keen interest in all things outdoors from camping to hunting.
