Sanlam Retail Credit
The Sanlam Retail Affluent (SRA) cluster is responsible for Sanlam’s retail business in South Africa. SRA provides clients across different market segments (entry-level, middle-income, affluent, professional market and business owners) with a comprehensive range of appropriate and competitive financial solutions. These include traditional life insurance risk and savings products, investment, retirement, health, credit and fiduciary services. Our products are designed to facilitate long-term wealth creation, protection and niche financing and therefore these solutions are engineered around client needs.
Role purpose:
This role provides secretarial and administrative / marketing support to the Retail Credit Business Head and team.
Output/Core Tasks:
Organise and co-ordinate meetings; presentations; workshops; etc. for business head and team
Office, diary and email management
Support team with all secretarial duties
Process invoices (e-signing) and sending Proof of payments
Travel arrangements
Order promotional items
Assist with virtual events
Assist with marketing collateral trafficking
Prepare Powerpoint presentations; Board packs; etc
Adhoc administrative duties

Relevant Secretarial qualification
Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge and Experience:
To be successful, you must have experience of:
Processing payments and Service Request system (SRS)
Amex Travel system
Computer literacy: MS-Office; specifically Powerpoint and Excell
