Qualification Requirements

• Education - NHD Food technology/ B.Sc. Food Science/ B.Tech. Food Technology/B.Sc. Consumer Science or equivalent qualification.

Experience Requirements

• Job experience - Minimum 3-5  years of experience in sugar confectionery product development.3 years of innovation development and implementation experience in the milling/confectionery/biscuit/breakfast/ pasta/animal feed industry will be advantageous.

Key Outputs

• Ensure new product development to meet innovation portfolio gaps.
• Building and maintaining an effective working relationship with specific customers to ensure support for Sugar Confectionery, product development.
• Identify, manage, and execute continuous improvement projects related to the core business.
• Ensure successful project execution, meeting business objectives on time, quality, and completeness.
• Deliver high-quality products in line with national best practices, quality standards, and regulatory requirements in the food industry.
• Provide specialist advice to the business regarding new products, including formulations, technology, and compliance.
