Rental Fleet Manager Rest of Africa Global Grade 12 at Barloworld Equipment

Key Output

• Monitor all BWE Rental Rest of Africa Territories
• Development of Rental pricing by country
• Identify appropriate action plans in conjunction with operations, LoB and CAT to address identified deviations.
• Trend performance of fleets across countries
• Budgeting for fleet related CAPEX
• Revenue budgeting for Rental & Used
• Maintenance of customer contracts
• Repair & Maintenance review monthly per category of fleet to ensure aligned with business/CAT targets
• Setting standard for when machines are moved from Rental to CCU and alerting operations of which machines are moved when
• Submission of Caterpillar reporting metrics i.e.: (margin contribution)
• Fleet impairment reviews twice a year
• Review of monthly billing to ensure in line with agreed rates and minimum hours
• Depreciation review monthly
• Maintenance of ROP contracts and engage with relevant customer/CCU team for conversions when due

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• Grade 12
• BCOM - A tertiary qualification in business management will be an added advantage
• SAP Knowledge
• Knowledge & experience of financial reporting systems
• Attention to detail
• >5 years equipment management experience (mobile fleets) including maintenance and repair management
• >3 years experience in business management
• Working experience of computerized maintenance management systems
• Expert knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel & PowerPoint
• Understanding of Life cycle costing
