Registration Data Capturer(Fixed-Term Contract) at IIE MSA and IIE Varsity College

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Calling leads to book interviews
• Calling students to apply
• Calling students to accept their offer letters
• Calling students that are admission approved to register
• Calling students to follow up on documents
• Data capturing (leads, interviews, applications, interest cards from schools, reports)
• Responsible for “look and feel” of interview rooms and reception

• Experience in Word & Excel essential
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and telephone manner
• Superior organisational and administrative skills

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

• Matric or Certificate
• Diploma preferred

Minimum Work Experience Requirements:

• A minimum of 1-2 years relevant (Reception/Admin) working experience.
• Must be computer literate (Word & Excel)
