REQUIREMENTS

• 8 - 10 years’ relevant experience in FMCG or sales environment
• Consumer experience 
• Own Vehicle. 
• Relevant Diploma or Degree at NQF level 7
• Required experience to include proficiency in Operations.
• Client centric and commercial skills
• Project Management skills
• Strategic thinker and analytical skills
• Ability to have crucial conversations with multiple stakeholders, internal and external.
• Ability to influence and motivate others
• Excellent leadership
• Good business and financial acumen
