Quality Control And Assurance Intern - Pretoria at Premier FMCG (Pty) Ltd

What you will be doing:

• Ensuring a quality product is produced
• Practical work exposure in Quality Management
• Audits
• Technical Support/Trouble shooting
• On the job training in food quality and safety
• Supporting of critical projects interdependent on all food science and quality assurance aspects of manufacturing
• Interns are provided with relevant training and monitoring.
• Providing formal and informal guidance

• Have good knowledge of the relevant department/area in the milling supply chain & able to perform required key tasks as stipulated 
• Perform any other tasks required by the QC/QA Manager

Qualification Requirements

• Grade 12
• Studying towards a National Diploma: Biotechnology (final year)

Experience Requirements

• No Experience needed

Key Outputs

• One year workplace exposure in Quality Assurance and Control.
• Factory Environment
• Required to work Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays as per shift roster
