Quality Assurance Officer - Ekurhuleni (East Rand) at Unique Personnel

Key Responsibilities:

• The continued maintenance of the QMS as required by ISO 9001
• Monitor the QMS system by conducting internal (departments) and external (Suppliers and service providers) audits.
• Ensure all quality standards, policies, procedures, work instrucitons and forms are compliant and up to date
• Maintain quality records
• Coordinate and report the QMS performance and Management Review Meetings
• Identify quality training needs and provide/arrange quality awareness training
• Yearly induction to be done with all affected employees
• Coordinate quality investigations
• Coordinate audits
• Communicate standard changes
• Toolbox talks
• Maintaining measuring equipment calibrations/verifications
• Coordinate information needed for tender purposes
• Conduct any other ad-hoc quality related duties

Required Minimum Qualifications:

• Grade 12 and a Quality related diploma

Required Minimum Experience:

• 3 years working experience
• Computer skills
• Attenditon to detail
• Report writing skills
• Language:  English, Afrikaans and African language

Special Requirements:  

• Working overtime if required
• Travelling - valid driver's license (will manage both divisions i.e. position is based in Olifantsfontein, but will be required travel to the Nigel branch when required)
