QA Analyst at Flash Group

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design test scenarios and plans.
• Prepare and maintain test cases.
• Conduct test case reviews.
• Execute test cases.
• Log and track defects through to resolution.
• Provide test reporting throughout test environments.
• Perform testing for production support.
• Provide regular feedback to team members, developers, and stakeholders.
• Attend daily stand-ups and report on testing progress.
• Be available to work some evenings for live deployments (2 - 3 nights per month).

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in a testing or similar role.
• Experience in manual testing.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the role of Quality Assurance (QA).
• Experience using industry-standard test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr, Confluence, DevOps).
• API or mobile device testing experience.
• Basic knowledge of IT and SQL skills.
• Familiarity with QA and bug testing tools and methodologies.
• Working knowledge of test management software.
• Basic test case scripting skills.
• Basic understanding of test automation frameworks and tests.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for querying and data analysis.

Advantageous:

• Experience in mobile testing.
• Experience in automation testing.
• ISEB/ISTQB Foundation Qualification or relevant experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in a testing or similar role.
• Experience in manual testing.
