Project Manager - Stellenbosch at Helderberg Personnel

Responsibilities:

• System Design for Access Control, CCTV & Fire Detection Systems.
• Compiling of Check Sheets in excel format.
• Reading & understanding site plans for device location, able to quantify drawings against BOQ.
• Cabinet & Panel wiring as well as terminations
• Quality Control & Site inspections.
• Delegation of tasks to be completed by technicians on site.
• Site Supervision, Technician guidance & Support
• Troubleshoot & resolve technical issues related to CCTV, Access Control & Fire Systems
• System testing & commissioning
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including installation details, check sheets, maintenance activities, and service requests.
• Manage progress reports and project schedules
• Client Communication & relations, email & telephone
• Handle on site meetings
• Time management for tight deadline

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the electronic security industry
• Matric
• PSIRA registered
• SAQCC registered – Commissioner Level
• Installation experience
• Impro Portal – Level 3 or higher
• Gallagher – Access Technician
• Milestone – MCIT
• Avigilon – ACC6 or higher
• IT Networking experience – understands VLANs, LAN and IP assignments
• Fire Detection – Ziton or Technoswitch or Vesda
• Computer Literacy – MS Office
• Project Management experience (5yrs) or certification
• Drivers License – own vehicle
