Project Accountant at AFA - Accounting and Financial Advisory

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project financial plans and budgets.
• Monitor project costs and prepare regular cost reports.
• Analyze project performance and provide insights to management.
• Prepare financial statements and variance analysis for project stakeholders.
• Assist with project audits and compliance reviews.
• Coordinate with project managers to track and report on project financials.
• Provide financial guidance and support to project teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in project accounting or related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Experience with financial modeling and analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
