Production Planner at Automould

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance support to the site, utilising new/ current technology to enable local/ international competition in line with business plan.
• Conduct daily stock count
• Create daily painting plan
• Calculate cap plan
• Understand weekly manufacturing standard hours
• Understanding of Forecast and Gestudo
• Understand number of available per product line
• Daily analyse plan vs actual
• Scrap cost calculation
• Continuous improvement in all aspects in the manufacturing plant (Paint /Assembly) departments
• Determination of resource and facility requirements

Minimum Qualification and Experience

• BTech (S6) Mechanical / Industrial Engineering, or Production Management Diploma
• 5 years’ experience in Industrial engineering in the automotive manufacturing environment.
• Good excel literacy (must be able to generate graphs /trends and excel spreadsheets)
