Product Support Intern - Cape Town at Meltwater

What You'll Do:

• Embark on a learning journey alongside diverse teams, supporting the development of business growth strategies and participating in projects to enhance Meltwater's product support offerings for Enterprise-level clients.
• Partner with a dedicated team lead on significant projects, contributing to their timely completion.
• Update and manage Media Lists and contacts to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Assist new users in our self-serve portfolio with account setups and training, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Immerse yourself in the role of a cultural ambassador, fostering a vibrant and supportive workplace environment while honing your skills in client interaction and collaboration.

What You'll Bring:

• A Bachelor's degree in progress or completed, or up to one year of relevant working experience. 
• Drive, self-motivation and ready to take initiative, embrace challenges, and make a difference.
• Solution-oriented, client-focused and an analytical mindset 
• Sharp attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Team player mentality, eager to contribute to collective goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
