    Product Support Intern - Cape Town

    What You'll Do:

    • Embark on a learning journey alongside diverse teams, supporting the development of business growth strategies and participating in projects to enhance Meltwater's product support offerings for Enterprise-level clients.
    • Partner with a dedicated team lead on significant projects, contributing to their timely completion.
    • Update and manage Media Lists and contacts to ensure accuracy and relevance.
    • Assist new users in our self-serve portfolio with account setups and training, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

    Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant - Cape Town

    What You’ll Do:

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across EMEA Professional Services and Sales functions, including attraction/advertising, job descriptions, market mapping, direct sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback collection, and offer preparation for approval and execution.
    • Collaborate closely with regional hiring leaders to comprehend their requirements, provide coaching and guidance on our recruitment process, and address the evolving talent needs of each country.
    • Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience by promptly briefing candidates on their interview stages at every step of the process.

    What You’ll Bring:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    • 5-7+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience working with hiring leaders from a variety of countries and cultures to develop their recruitment capability.
    • Accustomed to working autonomously and as part of a global team, in a fast-paced organization with ambitious growth plans and a track record of hiring exceptional and diverse talent.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities, work under pressure, and tight deadlines, be flexible, tenacious, and take ownership of deliverables and outcomes.

    Product Support Expert - Cape Town

    What You'll Do:

    • Work within an international team to support our Global Portfolio of Customers across a diverse range of industries.
    • Manage, prioritize, and troubleshoot support-related requests through live chat and email channels
    • Proactively engage with our Internal & External customers to ensure the best possible client experience is achieved.
    • Work with various teams to troubleshoot & determine the root cause of problems and deliver effective solutions.
