Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve their full potential
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to address project risks and issues in a proactive and timely manner
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business goals and prioritizing based on value and risk

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or relevant field
