Product Manager, Commercial Insurance at Standard Bank Group

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To successfully implement the Commercial Insurance Products strategy to enable a positive customer experience and to deliver the key results in line with the Short-term Commercial Insurance strategy.
• The Product Manager is responsible for the product management, sales support, revenue generation and growth, claims support, servicing and full monitoring and support of operations areas which fall under the scope of Commercial insurance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Commerce Studies
• Advanced diploma (preferably in Insurance) matched with extensive working experience
• Register as FAIS KI and Representative
• Leadership or executive development programme/s
• Driver’s license for travel is required 
• Minimum 10 years working experience in Short-Term Commercial Insurance. 
• Minimum 5 years’ portfolio management experience. 
• Cross-functional collaboration and teamwork. 
• Relevant experience in managing and delivering big projects.
• Salesforce experience would be preferred
