Process Improvement Consultant - Centurion (Own Transport / License essential) at Ampath

Purpose of Position:

• To identify, manage and coordinate business improvement interventions that are aligned with the business strategy and aimed at improving or adding value to the business.

Requirements:

• Grade 12  (Required), HPCSA Registration in Relevant Register and Practice Field  (Required), National Diploma: Medical Technology  (Required), Relevant Management and Business related qualification  (Required)

Required Experience:

• 2 years Management / Supervision experience, 5 years general experience in a Laboratory environment (Clinical Pathology experience), Experience with implementing and managing Quality procedures, Experience with laboratory statistics, Training experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise business units on any aspects relating to technical matters, quality, cost, workflow, analyser suitability, use of the LIS to streamline functions, allocation of resources and training, Compile and analyse billing rejections, Nappi code register and workload statistics, Compile reports to provide performance feedback to management, Design, implement and manage efficiency measurement programs in order to drive productivity and profitability, Maintain good client relations to promote the image of Ampath, Manage the business improvement projects to ensure organisational goals are met, Perform analyser validations in order to determine appropriateness
