Job Purpose    

• To provide an administrative support service to the Human Capital, HC Community and Emergency Services Department (C & ES).

Key Responsibility Areas    

• To provide a complete support service to the Deputy Head and Senior Management staff within the Human Capital Community and Emergency Services Department.
• Performs general clerical duties to indicate but not limited photocopying, faxing, scanning, emailing, etc.
• Assists with the booking of the boardroom facilities at the Departmental level.
• Performs other related tasks and assignments e.g. various HC Projects.

Essential Requirements    

• Matric/Grade 12.
• 12 Months relevant experience.

Preferred Requirements    

• Matric/Grade 12 plus relevant certificate accredited by SAQA.
• 18 Months relevant experience.
