    Performance Analyst (Ref: HR25)

    Minimum Requirements:

    • NQF Level 8 qualification in Human Resources Management or Organisational/Industrial Psychology Advanced proficiency in MS Office
    • 7 years’ experience in human resource management.
    • 5 years’ experience in implementing performance management policies and processes.
    • 3 years’ experience in HR analytics.
    • Demonstrated ability to analyse and report on performance and other HR related data.
    • Human Resources / Performance management Systems.
    • Sound knowledge of the relevant legislation applicable to Human Resources Management
    • Sound knowledge of the business environment, the relevant role players within the business and their key responsibilities and outcomes
    • Sound knowledge of the current and future practices in the business area to apply to the best interest of the Institution.
    • Knowledge and understanding of strategies, policies, and procedures applicable to the specific work environment to ensure that work outcomes are compliant with the policies and procedures.

    Summary of Duties:

    • Review and update performance management guidelines and templates in line with business requirements
    • Communicate performance management templates and guidelines to all relevant stakeholders and facilitate understanding.
    • Monitor adherence to the agreed templates and guidelines and address non- conformance with relevant parties. Escalate unresolved matters to the Head of the department.
    • Monitor the implementation of the performance management cycle and related processes in collaboration with the Business Partner Specialists. Provide guidance and support to enhance current practices.
    • Track adherence to the performance management schedule and report progress
    • Monitor adherence to other performance related deadlines such as the implementation and review of Performance Improvement Plans
    • Check the accuracy of data and prepare reports for the facilitation of the performance management review and moderation process.
    • Consolidate and report on performance outcomes, ratings, and trends in accordance with the agreed format and timelines.
    • Identify the need for performance management training / retraining / awareness creation sessions
    • Conduct performance management training in collaboration with the training team.
    • Provide guidance to relevant stakeholders on performance management processes and policies.
