Performance Analyst at Danone

On a global scope, your main activities will be the following:

• Co-define and support the implementation of training processes in factories as part of the implementation of new methodologies, tools with the aim of maximizing team buy-in and the achievement of results.
• Organize and maintain the knowledge management database
• Define the recommended training path.
• No direct team to manage

Your main interfaces

• Internal
• Community Operation at zone and country level.
• X functions: HR team for training and development activities, IT team for knowledge management tools, etc.
• External
• Solution Providers.

Experience Required:

• Have 2 or more years’ experience in an operation/industrial environment
• Knowledge of different technologies
• Knowledge of methodologies in Knowledge Management.
• Ability to understand interactions in the organization and co-build solutions.
• Ability to build strategies and think of long-term solutions.
• Ability to work in a changing environment.

Qualification:

• Must have an engineering degree (industrial / commercial / bio...).
• Strong communication skills.
• Be a team player and work autonomously.
• Hands-on mentality, think practically and like to take initiative.
• Solution-oriented and are a go-getter.
• Analytical and structured.
