Order Management & Claims Specialist: Africa at Unilever

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE:

• Managing end to end order and claims management with optimizing ways of working for better operational efficiency within the Africa Market.
• Ensuring key Performance indicators are met and continuous improvement is sustained.
• Engaging key stakeholders and managing the delivery of projects within these markets.
• Key point of contact with the Africa Market.
• Ensuring governance is a priority in all activities to ensure we mitigate any audit risks.

Experiences & Qualifications

• Exposure to Master Data customer creations will be a benefit.
• PowerPoint/Presentations/Digital dashboards/ RTVA
• Qualification in Supply Chain, Business Management, Logistics or IT would be key.
• Good understanding of Retail FMCG markets.
