    Operationalisation Lead

    Job Purpose

    • To support the Operations management teams objectives by, informing the design and deployment of new initiatives and the re-designing and the re- factoring of existing processes and systems throughout the analysis, designing and implementation phases with the aim of ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of processes and systems workflows emanating across the markets value chain and playing a key role in ensuring that operations key processes are factored into all initiatives that impact operations.

    Essential Qualifications - NQF Level

    • Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees

    Preferred Qualification

    • Financial Markets Certificate
    • Post Graduate Degree

    Essential Certifications

    • ACI certification (ACI - Governing Body)

    Minimum Experience Level

    • 7 years in financial markets (and at least 5 years in a Markets Operations role).
