Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a similar role or in a project implementation environment
• Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills.
• National Senior Certificate.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in project management or related field (preferred).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:

• Managing, coordinating, and acting as an intermediary between internal staff and management.
• Focus on streamlining project implementation processes.
• Identify and resolve issues hindering project implementation.
• Improving communications between various stakeholders involved.
• Implementation and management of SHEQ compliance at the operational sites.
• Monitor compliance goals / checklist and collaborate with Relevant stakeholders to ensure that requirements are adhered to.
