    Online & Outbound Call Center Channel Manager: SMB/Education

    Purpose of the role:

    • You will be responsible for building and growing the SMB and Education business, on iStore Online and via OBCC channels.
    • This involves executing SMB and Education sales & marketing strategies and tactical plans, providing support and training and ensuring the achievement of revenue and unit sales targets within these channels.
    • Developing the OBCC channel to sell SMB and education products & services.
    • Drive iStore Online & OBCC channel success and contribute to iStore Business’ growth in the Online & OBCC SMB space.
    • You will be responsible for managing budgets and forecasting sales, as well as coordinating with iStore online teams and other departments within the company to ensure that the SMB/Education online / OBCC channel is running smoothly and efficiently.

    Requirements:

    • Min 3 years’ experience in a Channel Manager or BDM for online and/or outbound call centre (OBCC) role.
    • Min 5 years’ e-commerce, digital marketing or online sales experience in the Technology / ICT / telecoms industry.
    • Excellent online sales, channel / BDM management, and administrative skills.
    • Demonstrated experience and knowledge in business-to-business.
    • (B2B) online and outbound call centre (OBCC) sales including negotiating and securing B2B deals through these channels.
    • Proven track record in dealing with Small & Medium Businesses in a digital and call centre environment.
    • Experience and know-how to stimulate and grow business sales in a strong consumer online environment/industry.
