    Office Consultant - Sandton

    Role Purpose    

    • To assist with providing and efficient and effective service to clients by providing support to the consulting team.

    Requirements    

    • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma
    • 0-3 years’ experience within employee benefits environment
    • Knowledge of the financial services, health, insurance and investment industry.

    Duties & Responsibilities    
    INTERNAL PROCESSES

    • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external clients
    • Assist with first line queries ensuring that they are resolved or escalated timeously
    • Maintain a network of relationships with internal clients ensuring effective service delivery to consultants
    • Maintain a consistent service delivery to consultants that will result in client retention and satisfaction
    • Assist with action items from client meetings ensuring the timelines as agreed on are clearly stated
    • Arrange detailed travel arrangements and compile all the relevant documentation for travel-related meetings
    • Co-ordinate all the components (logistics, catering ) of events, meetings and functions within budget and specifications
    • Prepare all agendas, minutes and file notes for client meetings ensuring quality and accurate reporting.

    CLIENT SERVICES

    • Participate and contribute to a culture which builds rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback and provides exceptional client
    • Give input in the development of initiatives to improve or enhance the client
    • Make recommendations to improve client service and fair treatment of clients and their employees within area of responsibility
    • Ensure client retention by ensuring successful service delivery to consultants
    • Ensure accurate reports and documentation are provided to the clients as per agreement
