Job Description

• Enable annual productivity for the move spend categories, as well as strategic pipeline initiatives, through planned Network Optimization projects, as well as ad hoc support to fill gaps.
• Driving efficiency in overall operational footprint by balancing Manufacturing, Warehousing, Transportation, and Go to Market dimensions.
• Pro-active understanding, interpretation, and application/risk management/mitigation of potential Warehousing & Transportation changes, constraints, decrees, and pipeline amendments
• Lead Network Optimization model building, such as multi-period manufacturing capacities, distribution networks, expression-based constraints etc., & cascade advanced model building capabilities to the broader team
• Own the Network Optimization deep dives process, continuously improving the process, executing aligned deep dives and governing execution of action plans.
• Co-owns the Warehousing & Transportation mapping & elements in Network Optimization baseline mapping sustainment, and scenario building concepts

Qualifications/Requirements

• Excellent project management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain / Industrial Engineering or related fields
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Strong cross functional linkages required
• Process oriented and having eye for detail
• Must be able to work across functional boundaries and within lots of uncertainty
