National Talent Acquisition and Selection Manager - JHB at Eduvos

Minimum qualification:

• A relevant honours qualification (BCom, HR, Industrial Psychology, etc)
• Masters degree will be preferable
• Registration as a psychometrist or Industrial Psychologist will be preferable

Experience:

• 3 - 5 years talent acquisition and selection experience with a proven track record of meeting client expectations

Duties and Responsibilities

• As a National Talent Acquisition and Selection Manager, you will be primarily responsible for:
• Implementation of talent acquisition and selection services on a national level
• Maintenance and continuous improvement of the talent acquisition and selection system - process / methodologies / policies / technology
• SLA management
• Planning, Management and co-ordination of talent aquisition and selection systems and processes
• Internal and external stakeholder engagement and collaboration
• Management and leadership responsibilities

Functional competencies:

• Knowledge of the criteria that predict and impact performance
• Good understanding of company brand and culture and employee branding and value proposition
• Good understanding of how to use technology to enable talent acquisition and selection
• Coaching skills
• Excellent understanding of competency-based selection methodologies and the use of psychometrics in the talent aquisition and selection process
