Job Description

• To provide a positive customer experience by being helpful and sensitive to customer needs, expectation and providing solutions including directing customers to the correct channel in adherence to procedural, productivity and quality standards. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts.

Additional Responsibilities

• Ability to convey technical information clearly and accurately
• Provide Daily/Weekly /Monthly statistics
• Knowledge of Product & OMP Process knowledge will be an advantage
• CMoS & BaNCS system experience will be an advantage
• Greenlight product knowledge will be an advantage
• Servicing of queries
• Experience with Balancing/Matching of payments will be an advantage
• Experience how to service unallocated items will be an advantage

The successful applicant should meet the following requirements:

• Computer literacy essential (Excel/Outlook)
• Excellent communication (verbal & written) interactive skills
• Be able to work under pressure
• A passionate team player
• Must display sound planning & organising skills
• Able to display tact, diplomacy & empathy
• Sound problem solving skills and ability to take ownership for problems
• High stress tolerance levels
