Job Description

• Opportunity to join the CTO Payments Technology Enablement team in the role of Middleware and Integration Specialist.
• The role entails, but is not limited to, the administration and maintenance of IBM MQ on the IBM MQ Appliance infrastructure. Set up and management of managed file transfer (MFT) is also required.

Responsibilities include;

• Middleware solutions design and implementation.
• Environment resilience and resilience testing.
• Setting and enforcing middleware security standards. 
• Environment logging, monitoring and alerting.
• Working with and supporting application teams through project delivery.
• Exploring open source and cloud middleware solutions.
• Minimum 5 years IBM MQ and IBM MQ Appliance experience

IBM Certified System Administrator certification (version 8 essential, version 9 beneficial)

Education

• Bachelor's Degree: Information Technology
