    MFS Head of Solution & Design

    About this opportunity:

    The profile we are looking for is a Customer minded colleague, with a strong background in team leadership along with background of solution design and service delivery. You will lead the team of MFS Solution Architects and Cloud experts to deliver Ericsson Wallet Platform solution rollout as well as application development.
    Role is member of Head of MFS Service Delivery Leadership Team

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Contractual Scope & Solution Requirements: Oversee and control the scope and requirements of contracts and solutions.
    • Technical Design Authority: Establish and execute a technical design authority model following best practices.
    • Alignment with Product Management: Ensure that the roadmap and strategy align with customer needs.
    • Escalation Point: Act as the point of escalation for deployment projects and solution integration activities.
    • Quality Assurance: Oversee quality assurance for deliverables from MFS Solution Architects and Business Analysts.
    • Team Growth: Develop and grow the capabilities of the team.
    • Compliance & Ethics: Maintain high standards of compliance, ethics, and leadership behavior.
    • Recruitment: Support recruitment of top FinTech talent and ensure diversity.
    • Delivery Execution: Manage execution according to contracts, KPIs, SLAs, and targets.
    • Customer Relations: Contribute to customer meetings and build long-lasting relationships.
    • Best Practices & Improvement: Identify and implement best practices, drive improvements, and participate in networks.
    • Adherence to Processes: Ensure adherence to global processes, methods, and tools.
    • Strategy Development: Drive strategy development, address performance barriers, and manage change.

    Skills Required

    Experience:

    • 10-15 years in team leadership within telecom/ICT.
    • 5+ years in FinTech as a technology partner for major telecom operators.
    • Hands-on experience with Ericsson Wallet Platform is a plus.

    Technical Skills:

    • Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment.

    Leadership & Management:

    • Ability to lead multi-cultural and cross-functional teams.
    • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and inefficiencies.
    • Experience in resource planning and competence development.

    Business Acumen:

    • Understanding of Ericsson Business Processes, Financial and Delivery models.
    • Strong business, operational, and financial skills.

    Educational Background:

    • University degree in Technology or Economics (MSC, MBA, or equivalent preferred).
