Job Description

Key focus of the role:

The role utilises expert knowledge in the specific field of Events Management and Production to design and execute the end-to-end process in support of PF Business objectives. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts over a periods of 3 months to a year.

The role is targeted to an experienced administration specialists who will be responsible to design and execute a concept through project management methodology and stakeholder engagement to support business objectives by applying marketing strategic insights.

Role Responsibilities

Events Management & Production

• Concept plan and development
• Project design
• Execution of plan
• Measure and reporting

Governance

• Ensures that the required Legal, Finance and IT compliances are in place when securing and delivering a service
• Builds relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver through the PF value chain based on best practices.
• Responsible to ensure brand alignment and awareness through initiative enablement.
• Manage the project budget within scope requirements.
• Advices on process enhancements to drive constant improvements.
• Takes accountability for innovation ideas to improve end-to-end experience from a delegate perspective through initiative enablement.
• Sourcing and delivering of Marketing & Promotional elements.
• Passion for working with people.

• Matric
• Events Management Certificate
• Project Management Certificate

• 2-years experience within similar role
