    Marketing Coordinator

    Job Description
    Join Our Team as a Marketing Coordinator! Are you passionate about providing excellent team support with a keen interest in marketing operations? In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting the execution of initiatives, coordinating projects, and providing essential administrative support to our marketing department. If your friends and family regularly rave about your exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail and strong communication skills, then apply as this role would be perfect for you.  

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Broader Marketing team

    • Conduct market research and gather competitor information.
    • Maintain marketing supplier databases.
    • Ensure Coronation playbooks are updated.
    • Oversight of the marketing email account and ensure all prompt responses to all inquiries and requests.
    • Provide administrative support for marketing, incl. but not limited to, meeting management, calendars, travel arrangements.
    • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the marketing team.

    Support to Brand and CSI

    • Assist with projects and campaigns, ensuring delegated tasks are completed on time. Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics and on-site support.
    • Provide support to branding and collateral development.
    • Source and procure branded promotional material for events and internal staff activations

    Overall

    • Marketing administration
    • Marketing collateral
    • Digital assistance, including website.
    • Communications assistance
    • Event assistance

    Ideal Experience

    • Working experience in a role where you are in a support function to a team, with a strong track record of project management, coordination and administrative duties will set you apart.

    Ideal Qualifications

    • A completed Matric certificate is required.
    • Any additional qualifications will be considered an advantage.
