    Marketing & Communications Lead

    To develop and deliver an integrated strategic marketing and communications platform for the firm through which the firm’s internal and external communications and media requirements are appropriately channeled and leveraged in support of strategic objectives.
    Develop flexible marketing strategies through a combination of best practices and bespoke solutions geared toward growing business. Leads a multidisciplinary team across PR, internal and external communications, brand, digital and events. Responsible for overseeing all aspects and day-to-day activities of the MarComms team.

    • Guide the firm's strategy with respect to brand and reputation, taking responsibility for all marketing communications including crisis communications, strategic public relations and social media.
    • Develop marketing and communications campaigns to meet the firm's overarching goals as well as ad hoc opportunistic initiatives.
    • Refine the remit and capabilities of the central MarComms team to support the BD team in delivering integrated marketing campaigns to their PG and SG portfolios.
    • Develop and deploy thought leadership content and other profile-raising activities to enhance the firm's market profile.
    • Manage, shape and direct all firmwide digital channels and develop the social media strategy around key projects.
    • Develop, define and disseminate, in collaboration with relevant BDMs, clear positioning and messaging for the practice group/sector group/offerings and its practitioners.
    • Develop and implement processes and procedures to facilitate collaboration between the MC & BD teams.
    • Work with Knowledge Management to develop client and market facing knowledge based marketing tools and materials – e.g handbooks, market know how, technical updates, training programs and seminars etc.
    • Work with HR to articulate and position the firm's unique employee value proposition in the market.
    • Lead the review and continuous improvement of the firm's marketing materials, including capabilities statements, pitch templates, deals lists, website content (internal and external) and press releases.
    • Plan the firm’s annual communications schedule in alignment with strategic goals and focus areas by establishing internal and external communication requirements and objectives for sectors, practice groups and various Business Services departments.
