    Manager: Performance and Succession

    About this opportunity:

    This role forms part of the Talent Management team. We are looking for the person who will challenge the status quo and raise the bar on leading the delivery of high-quality Succession and Performance practices through means of strategic initiatives, as part of an integrated project plan. This will ensure the progression of employees through the talent pipeline, in partnership with key stakeholders as well as industry leaders.

    Candidate Requirement

    • A tertiary qualification in Psychology, Psychometry, Project Management, Business Management and or Business Analysis.
    • 3 – 5 years in a similar capacity (middle to senior management role), in a Financial Services / Retail environment
    • Experience in delivering people solutions for large organisations
    • Experience in working alongside internal and external stakeholders to execute complex projects and initiatives from start to end
    • Proven experience in relationship building / stakeholder management with Industry stakeholders
    • Relevant industry related networks
