Operations Management

• Responsible for planning, coordinating & controlling resources required in providing the services of the company.
• Ensuring organizational processes are running efficiently and effectively.
• Ensuring delivery of services offered is proficient.
• Being involved in the operational and financial strategies to improve and optimise performance.
• Monitoring and analysing workflows for optimization and improvement.
• Oversight of the planning of inventory with regards to demand and capacity.
• Communication of company strategies to staff.
• Resolving customer complaints and queries with the aid of the team.
• Forecasting requirements – budgets, procurement and training.
• Reviewing expenditures at the branch
• Working closely with the Managing Director ensuring effective management and performance.
• Working closely with inventory and technical personnel for the effective purchasing of the correct equipment.
• Overseeing the precision and accuracy of inventory data.

Client & Crew Relationships

• Maintaining and foster good relationships with clients and crew.
• Attending industry functions and events.
• Reporting and communicating all responses to Managing Director and staff as appropriate

Marketing & Advertising

• Strategic planning for the marketing and advertising of the
• Company brand & services.

Requirements

• A relevant qualification in Film
• A minimum of 3 years experience within Management
• A minimum of 5 years experience in a relevant Film Industry
