JOB DESCRIPTION

• Existing Solutions: Translating pre-production prototypes of raw analytics discoveries to stable, automated and predictable productionalised deliveries. Meeting demand for adding, removing or changing the intelligence engines content and/or working processes (e.g., adding, removing or changing actions, campaigns, response mechanisms, relationship bankers and/or pseudo-codes links etc.)
• Production: Maintaining the production framework for the intelligence engines and processes, and ensuring their smooth and failproof runs on a 24/7 always-on and always secure basis when on stand-by and call-out regime. Maintaining and executing on the production environments and supporting governance, including operational workflow.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum qualification

• Post Graduate Degree in Information Technology or Mathematical Sciences
• 3 - 4 Years' Experience
• Good knowledge of the bank’s IT production and operational environments, data content and structures, data engineering and domains; exposure to IT operationalisation and production; proficiency in code, software and IT process operationalisation, combined with sufficiency in the insights and analytics principles and value creation; good knowledge of analytics and business intelligence principles, data intelligence value chain and commercialisation
• Good knowledge and experience in supporting business and core banking operations
