JOB DESCRIPTION

• The role of Risk Appetite and Portfolio Management is to develop and lead the analysis and reporting of credit risk within BCC.
• Production, distribution, and rationalization of reports to key committees
• Engage and use analytics to further add insights into the key drivers of the portfolio performance in comparison to Risk Appetite.
• Monitor and assess the risks that are inherent within the portfolio of assets across the Credit division.
• Provide senior management and country with a constructive and holistic view of risk within the portfolio so as to assist management in the effective understanding and mitigation of risk and achieve the department’s strategic goals and objectives on parameter changes.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree (3 years) with honors ideally  in the following discipline
• (Finance, Economics, Econometrics, Quantitative Analysis, Mathematics or Statistics); a post graduate degree would be a plus

Experience Required

• 3-7 years’ experience as a Portfolio Manager/Analyst or related data analytical role
