    Logistics Administrator

    Purpose of the Role

    Maintain systems and control all Logistics administrative activities.

    Key Performance Areas

    • Write out goods receipt vouchers of all new machines that arrived from Hyster
    • Create new SAP POs (purchase order) numbers for all new machines that arrived from Hyster
    • GRV all new machines into stock on SAP
    • Update all equipment masters for new machines on SAP
    • Create OCS’s (order control sheet) for all new machines on SAP
    • Create paint touch up, transport PO numbers for new machines that will be transported to the regions
    • Create data plates and consumables that the Technician orders from suppliers for new machines
    • Migo PO numbers that have created on the SAP system
    • Create job numbers for Hako machines and order relevant parts that are required for Hako machines
    • Revalue all new machines
    • Create build certificates for all new machines
    • Create a handover file for all new machines
    • Updating of DBO (Delivery and Back Order schedule) daily when the new machines are re-valued
    • Create all delivery advises for new machines that will be transported to the relevant branches and suppliers
    • Processing of all credit notes relating to new machines into Logistics stock when query arises
    • Communicate with relevant suppliers daily with regards to local add-ons and deliveries
    • Maintain a safe working environment (according to safety policy and procedures)
    • Effective self-management and performance ownership
    • Adherence to any reasonable instruction
    • See to the office filing and maintenance

    Qualification, Experience and Competencies

    Minimum Qualification

    • Grade 12

    Minimum Experience

    • 2-3 years’ experience within the same role
    • Administration experience will be advantageous
    • Working knowledge of SAP is required
