    Learning & Development Co-ordinator

    Purpose of the Job

    • To co-ordinate and support the Learning/ Leadership and Development programmes, projects, initiatives and activities in support of strategic leadership development and employee capability

    What You'll have done before

    • NQF Level 6 (Diploma in Human Resources/ HR Development/ Training Management)
    • 3 years experience in Learning & Development.

    Advantageous

    • SDF Certificate
    • OTDP Certificate
    • Advanced Excel
    • Project Management experience
    • Exposure to LMS Management

    What you'll be doing

    COURSE CONTENT & ASSESSMENT MANAGEMENT

    • Coordinate the planning and development of course content and assessments, sourcing of relevant learning solutions to develop and build required capabilities and development of the learning catalogue to inform stakeholders of learning offerings

    ONBOARDING PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT

    • Coordinate the planning and development of the onboarding content for new hires and new leaders through collaboration with stakeholders (internal and external) on the design and delivery of the onboarding content to ensure EVP enablement and positive on-boarding experiences for new hires and the business

    CAPACITY BUILDING

    • Build capability in delivering the learning initiatives to support functions through improved engagements, supporting the capability learning academies, training and partnership to enable the delivery of positive on boarding experiences for new hires and new leaders

    AUDIT & REPORTING

    • Coordinate the auditing and reporting on the delivery, quality and value add of programs (ROI) to ensure that the quality of the content and the external presenters of programs meet Engen standards and requirement and enables the embedding of on-boarding as a key HR practice

    NETWORKING AND RELATIONSHIP BUILDING

    • Foster and sustain effective working relationships and rapport with the government authorities, business and management institutions, national and key industry players and service providers to keep abreast with latest development to capture new business opportunities.

    LEADERSHIP AND CAPABILITY DEVELOPMENT

    • Drive the development of competent working team that will enhance and sustain staff capabilities in achieving high performance delivery to ensure internalization of the right leadership and capabilities in executing their jobs
